Infrared halogen lamps feature a broad emission spectrum (380nm~10000nm), with the main portion of spectral energy concentrated in the IR-A band (800-1400nm). The spectral distribution is shown in the figure below. IR-A provides the highest energy density and optimal efficiency for most applications.
Key Advantages:
1. 90% of the heat is available within one second (no preheating required).
2. Intensity is continuously adjustable from 0 to 100%.
3. Over 90% of the energy used is converted into infrared heat energy.
4. Long service life of up to 5,000 hours, reducing maintenance costs.
5. Emission-free, no oxygen consumption, no pollution caused by air or dust movement, and odorless.
